Today's health issue in the UK
In the UK, every two minutes, someone is diagnosed with cancer and 166,000 deaths from cancer. Typically, people think older adults get cancer; however, since 1990, cancer incidence has been increasing in a young age group. So, cancer threat all people’s health and we can’t be free from it.

Why do we need to consider breast cancer?
Breast cancer is the most common cancer in the UK. According to Breast Cancer Now, one in seven women will face it in their lifetime. Nearly 700,000 people in the UK are living with, or have had breast cancer. Moreover, that number keeps going up, as more women are being diagnosed with the disease than ever before. So, how we prevent?

However, scientists insist that a healthy lifestyle, eating healthy food and exercising can prevent cancer, also, for people with a family history of cancer, diet is a significant factor in prevention. All the studies have shown that diets high in fruits and vegetables are just healthy overall and they do decrease the risk of breast cancer.

Understanding about Diet
Even for people at a healthy weight, a poor diet is associated with major health risks that can cause illness and even death. For health, need to balance. Regular physical activity and the maintenance of healthy body weight, along with a healthy diet, considerably reduce cancer risk. In addition, healthy eating habits prevent the development of diet-associated cancers. If so, how much young women know about diet and cancer? and what is difficult for breast patient about diet?

1,2) She thinks that she needs to eat more healthily because she is worried about the possibility of breast cancer. 3.)With this realisation, she is taking nutrients that friends have recommended and buying what she thinks is healthy food. 4. )But, she has no idea how these are good for her or even how to cook with them.

5,6) Hannah also struggles to find healthy options when she eats out with friends because of lack of information. 7,8) she also regularly searches online to find information about eating healthily.

9)However, such online information is not always reliable. 10)And also, using healthcare services are not fun because they provide only information.
